摘要
为了选育萝卜(Raphanus sativus)抗黑斑病新品种和种质创新,采用4个接种浓度、3个不同苗龄、3个不同采样地点的萝卜黑斑病菌株,研究了春白、秋白、耐热红皮、耐热白皮4种类型的萝卜品种的黑斑病发病条件,建立了萝卜黑斑病苗期人工接种鉴定方法.结果表明,选择浓度为1.0×106个/mL的孢子悬浮液喷雾接种于萝卜5~6叶期幼苗,保湿24~48h,10d后调查病情,可评价萝卜品种对黑斑病的抗性.
To breed new cultivars and innovate germplasm of radish (Raphanus sativus) resistant to black spot,4 vaccination concentration of radish black spot strains,3 different seedling stages were used to study,and 3 different sampling sites were used to study the occurrence conditions of four different kinds of radish.Artificial inoculation identification approach of radish black spot was established.Results showed that inoculating by spraying 1.0×106 PFU/mL spore suspension at 5~6 leaf-stage seedling and moisturizing for 24~48 h the resistance of radish cultivars to black spot could be evaluated by investigating the state of disease 10 d later.
