河北省现代农业示范区标准化建设问题研究

Research on Standardization Construction of Modern Agricultural Demonstration Area in Hebei Province

现代农业示范区旨在建立农业科技样板园,为现代农业发展提供样板。为了提升建设水平和强化示范作用,对河北省现代农业示范区标准化建设研究显得至关重要。从示范区标准化建设的现状及存在的问题入手,利用模糊评判预测模型从标准体系建设、农产品检测能力、组织化管理程度三方面进行了分析。结果表明,示范区工作人员和农户对标准化建设满意度一般。对建设标准进行了细化分析,并提出了标准化建设的保障措施,以期对现代农业示范区标准化建设有所裨益。

Modern agricultural demonstration areas are aimed at establishing agricultural science and technology model park,and providing a model for the development of modern agriculture.In order to enhance the level of construction and strengthen the role of demonstration,standardization construction of modem agricultural demonstration areas in Hebei province is vitally important.Based on current situation and problems of the standardization construction in modem agricultural demonstration areas in Hebei province,analysis was conducted in three aspects of the establishment of standard system,detection capability of agricultural products and the degree of organization management by means of the fuzzy judgment forecast model.Result showed that staff members of demonstration areas and farmers were moderately satisfied with the standardization construction.Supporting measures for the standardization construction were put forward for promoting standardization construction of modern agricultural demonstration areas.
