中外体育用品业TFP的比较及其影响因素分析——基于体育用品上市企业数据

Research on TFP Change,National Disparity and Affecting Factors of Sporting Goods Industry:Based on the Data of Sporting Goods Listed Companies

基于2008—2012年中外12家体育用品企业数据,运用DEA-Malmquist生产率指数方法,研究了体育用品业TFP的动态变动、国内外差异以及影响因素。研究结果表明:国内体育用品业TFP的平均增长率为8.2%,其中技术进步是TFP增长的主要推动力,而技术效率则对其产生了阻碍作用;中外体育用品业的TFP增长存在显著差异,且技术效率差异是主要原因;机器设备投资、研发投入、人力资本是拉动TFP增长的关键因素,企业平均规模和聚集效应则对其有显著正向影响,企业税负则与TFP有负相关关系。

This paper applied DEA-Malmquist Index to measure the total factor productivity （TFP）change of sporting goods industry during 2008-2012. The main conclusions are as follows, on the whole, TFP of China＇s sporting goods industry is increasing at 8. 2% per year during the sample period, and themain source of TFP growth is technical progress＇s advance. The National disparity of TFP in sporting goods industry does exist. While the reasons of TFP growth include machinery and equipment investment, human capital, R＆D and the average scale. Enterprise tax burden has negative effects on TFP growth.
