不同数据基准下的国家间专利比较研究——以电动汽车锂离子电池为例 被引量:1

摘要 概述了国家间专利比较的三种数据基准,构建了适用于三种数据基准的专利分析指标体系,并以电动汽车锂离子电池技术为例,分别在三种数据基准下比较日、美、德、中四国技术实力,同时对三种数据基准展开横向比较。比较结果表明,一般性数据基准下的国家间专利比较存在明显的"本国优势"现象,三边专利和跨国专利数据基准可以一定程度上避免这一问题;三边专利、跨国专利数据基准下衡量专利质量水平明显高于一般性数据基准。 This paper introduces three different datum references used in cross-country patent comparison and constructs patent indicators applicable to all three datum references. Technical strength comparison is made between Japan, the United States, Germany and China un- der the three datum references, a horizontal comparison of three references is then presented based on it. The comparison results show that there is obvious domestic advantage over other countries by the general datum reference, which can be partly avoided under triadic patent datum references and transnational patent datum reference. The patent quality can be measured in a better way under both triadic patent datum reference and transnational patent datum reference compared to just relying on the general datum reference.
