网络视角下的中国专利研究现状──研究力量分布、知识基础与研究主题

Patent Study in China on Network Perspectives: Distribution of Research Source,Knowledge Base and Research Topics

以CSSCI数据库中的专利研究论文为分析对象,使用共现分析的方法,分析了中国专利领域研究力量的分布、知识基础与核心研究主题。结果表明,中国专利研究集中在以大连理工大学、中国科学院、华中科技大学、同济大学、清华大学与国家知识产权局为核心节点的研究机构与团队。知识基础的分析表明中国专利研究侧重于在国外现有理论基础上进行指标体系的构建与应用,缺乏基于国情的理论研究。研究主题的分析表明中国专利研究集中在经济增长与专利产出间的关系、反垄断法与专利权滥用、专利地图与专利分析、商业方法的可专利性、知识产权战略5个方面。核心研究主题间的知识联系相对较少,研究领域缺乏广度。

Taking the articles on China patent study from CSSCI as analyzing objects, research source, knowledge base and research top- ics of China patent study were studied by co-occurrence method. The results have shown that five key institutions, including DLUT, CAS, HUST,Tongji University, Tsinghua University and SIPO, structured main stream research groups in patent study. Patent study in China was based on theories from foreign countries and concentrated on constructing indicators as well as their application, lack of theory analysis based on China＇s special conditions. On the other hand, research topics were focused on relationships between economic growth and patent output, antitrust law and patent misuse, patent mapping and patent analysis, patentability of business methods, as well as intellectual property strategy. Knowledge contact among these topics was fewer and whole field was more in longitudinal research but less of breadth research.
