摘要
分析了6LCS-21/32自主品牌中速柴油机连杆在工艺研制过程中的难点,针对这些难点,设计了有效的工艺流程和专用的镗工具,并采用了专用镗工具与加工中心相结合以及液压拉伸装备,解决了L21/32连杆的加工难点。
The difficulties in the machining of 6LCS-21/32 medium-speed diesel engines' connecting rods are analyzed. Aimed at these difficulties, effective technological process and special-purpose boring tool were designed. The special-purpose boring tool was combined with the machining center, as well as hydraulic tensile equipment, which solved the difficulties in machining of L21/32 connecting rods.
