溶血肝酶升高血小板减少综合征五例报告

Hemolysis,elevation of liver transaminase,and low platelet syndrome:a report of 5 cases

报告溶血肝酶升高血小板减少综合征 (HELLPS) 5例诊治经验。在积极治疗重度妊高征的基础上 ,应用激素 ,输冰冻血浆、新鲜血及血小板 ,立即终止妊娠。结果疗效满意 ,孕妇 1周内症状缓解 ,4例血红蛋白、肝酶和血小板均恢复正常 ,随访 3个月无复发。及早诊断、及早综合治疗是提高治愈率的关键。

patients with hemolysis,elevation of liver transaminase,and low platelet syndrome (HELLPS) were reported.The administration of heparin,the infusion of refrigerated plasma,fresh blood and blood platelet,and the termination of pregnancy were involved in the aggressive treatment of severe pregnant hypertensive syndrome.The result showed that 5 pregnant women relieved in one week,four of them with normal level of hemoglobin,transaminase,and blood platelet.No occurance was found in the three months follow-up.It was concluded that early diagnosis and combined treatment was important to the cure rate of HELLPS.
