油菜种间杂交后代叶色变异研究

摘要 植物叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量有显著相关性,而且植物叶色的变化是叶绿素含量增减的外在表现。利用SPAD-501叶绿素仪对芥菜型油菜和白菜型油菜种间杂交后代BCIF。群体花期的叶片叶绿素SPAD值进行测定,研究杂种后代群体叶色的变异程度。结果表明,油菜叶片的SPAD值与测定部位有密切关系,中上部叶片的SPAD值接近全株的平均值。芥白杂种后代群体不同植株间表叶片叶绿素SPAD值在10.6~75.0之间变动、差异显著,呈正态分布。对群体进行筛选,获得黄叶突变体,为叶绿素突变基因的定位和克隆研究提供材料。 The plant leaf SPAD value is significantly correlated with chlorophyll content and plant leaf color change is the external performance of chlorophyll content. In this study, the chlorophyll SPAD value of interspecific hybrids BC1F4 progeny in flowering between Brassica juncea and B. rapa was measured by SPAD-501 to study leaf color variation of hybrids progeny. The results showed that rape leaf SPAD value had a close relationship with measured position and the leaf SPAD values of the upper leaves closed to the average value of plant. The chlorophyll SPAD value of different plants in hybrids progeny had significant difference, ranged from 10.6 to 75.0, and showed normal distribution. The yellow leaf mutant was obtained through screening for hybrids progeny, providing material for gene localization and cloning research.
