摘要
针对韶关市柑桔生产现状,为改善柑桔品种结构,发展特色柑桔品种,进行冰糖橙引种试验,对其植物学特征、生物学特性及果实品质进行观察。表现出树势壮旺,适应性较强,丰产性较好;11月下旬至12月中旬成熟;平均单果重151.1 g,圆球形,果皮橙黄至橙红色,果实无籽;果肉爽脆,汁多,化渣;可溶性固形物11.34%,总糖9.2%,可滴定酸0.8%,维生素C含量43.9 mg/100g。认为冰糖橙是较适合韶关市栽培的优良柑桔品种,并提出配套的栽培技术。
According to the current situation of citrus production in Shaoguan city, the introduction test of Bingtang Orange was done for optimizing the variety mix and developing characteristic citrus varieties of Shaoguan city. The botanical characteristics, biological characteristics and fruit qualities of Bingtangcheng Orange being observed the trees were characterized by vigorous growth, good adaptability and rather high production. Fruits matured from late November to mid-December, weighed 151.1 g on average and had round shape and an orange-yellow or orange-red rind, usually seedless, with a crisp, juicy flesh without residue. The content of total soluble solids was 11.34%, total sugar was 9.2%, acidity was 0.8%, Vitamin C was 43.9 mg/100g. The result indicated that Bingrang orange was an excellent citrus variety suitable for growing in Shaoguan and the corresponding cultural practices were applied.
