摘要
为研究不同耕层、不同生育期土壤营养因子变化规律,在通化集安北五味子种植基地以人工栽培4年的北五味子土壤为研究对象,采用常规方法测定土壤养分含量。结果表明:0~20cm土层的养分含量均高于20~40cm土层:土壤速效氮磷钾在生育前期均呈上升趋势,到浆果成熟期,含量显著下降,但后3个生育期变化不明显;0~20cm土层与20~40(朋土层土壤速效养分含量差距明显较土壤有机质和全氮大;不同深度土层全氮量变化规律大致相同,前期高,后期低,降低幅度不大。
In order to research the change laws of nutriention factors of soil in different layers and growth periods, the soil was used as the research subject in which Schisandra has been cultivated artificially for 4 years in the Schisandra base of TONGHUA JIAN. The results showed: the nutrients in 0~20 cm soil layer is larger than that in 20~40 cm soil layer; the available nutrients in soil increased in early growth stage, and significantly decreased in fruit maturation stage, but the change is not obvious in the last three stages; the difference of available nutrients is greater than soil organic and total nitrogen; the change laws of soil total nitrogen in different soil layer is roughly the same., which is high in early stage and low in later stage, and the decrease is not large.
