摘要
化学除草剂的广泛应用,尤其是酰胺类除草剂的应用,促进了农田化学除草的革新,但酰胺类除草剂在除草的同时,也存在着对作物的隐形药害。在施除草剂药的同时,需要施用除草安全剂,保证除草剂防除杂草而不伤害作物。如何高效地解决酰胺类除草剂对施药作物的药害是一个重要且紧迫的问题。安全剂的研究与应用对于解决或减轻除草剂对作物生长产生的负作用具有重要的意义。对酰胺类除草剂及其安全剂的概况、安全剂的作用机理、安全剂应用研究进展以及存在问题进行了综述,并对酰胺类除草剂安全剂的研究进行了展望。在综述的过程中发现,目前安全剂所面临问题都迫切需要从生物分子水平上、并结合生理学与生物化学的基础知识重新认识了解安全剂的作用机制。
The wide application of chemical herbicides , especially in Amide herbicide application, is contributing to the innovation of the field weed control by the chemical method. However, Amide herbicides could cause phytotoxicity to crops while weeding efficiently. So the herbicide safeners must be added to the herbicides to prevent the phytotoxicity. The research and application of herbicide safeners, is very important to solve herbicides phytotoxicity. In this paper, the following were reviewed, including the overview of amide herbicides and its safeners, the action mechanism, research progress and problems on the amide herbicide safeners. And also the future research on the amide herbicide safeners is prospected. In the process of the review, we found that the action mechanism about amide herbicide safeners is needed to be recognized from the molecular level, combined with the basic knowledge of physiology and biochemistry.
