摘要
为探讨不同野外分离株柔嫩艾美耳球虫的药物敏感性,以广东三水、从化、高明等地区所分离的3株柔嫩艾美耳球虫为研究对象,分别选取尼卡巴嗪、癸氧喹酯、氯苯胍、球痢灵等4种常用抗球虫药物进行药物敏感性试验,通过最适抗球虫活性百分率(POAA)、病变计分减少率(RLS)、相对卵囊产量(ROP)和抗球虫指数(ACI)等4项指标综合判定药物敏感性。结果显示,尼卡巴嗪对三水株的RLS为77.27%,对从化株的POAA为83.63%,判为抗药,对高明株的RLS和ACI分别为64.06%和160.63,判为部分抗药;球痢灵对高明珠的POAA为51.02%,判为抗药;而癸氧喹酯、氯苯胍、等抗球虫药对于3株野外分离株均为完全抗药。结果表明所分离虫株已形成严重抗药性,该地区所暴发的球虫病应选用尼卡巴嗪的复方,同时给予合理的用药程序。
In order to study the drug-sensitivity of different wild strains of Eimeria tenella, which were isolated from Sanshui, Conghua and Gaoming in Guangdong province ,the efficacy of four anti-coccidial drugs (Nicarbazin, Deeoquinate Premix, Robenidine and Zoalene) were tested in this study, and the drug-sensitivity was evaluated as Percent of optimum anticoeeidial activity (POAA), Reduction of lesion sores, RLS, Relative at oocyst production (ROP) and Antieoccidial index (ACI). The results showed the RLS of Nicarbazin to Sanshui strain was 77.27%, the POAA to Conghua was 83.63%, the RLS and POAA to Gaoming was 64.06% and 160.63, respectively, so the Nicarbazin was drug-sensitivity to Sanshui and Conghua strains of Eimeria tenella, and partially drug-sensitivity to Gaoming strain. The POAA of Zoalene to Gaoming strain of Eirneria teneUa was 51.02%, which showed drug-sensitivity. But all of other anti-coecidial drugs, like Decoquinate Premix and Robenidine were completely drug-resistant. In conclusion, we find the drug-resistant of our isolated strains of Eimeria tenella was very serious. To control the coccidiosis in these places, we should choose correct anti-eoecidiosis drug, like the compounds of Nicarbazin, and the reasonable drug program should be processed.
