生态环境对内蒙古盐沼湿地底栖动物影响研究

Effect of ecological environment on the zoobenthos in the salina wetland in Inner Mongolia

依据《湿地生态系统观测方法》,连续多年对内蒙古沙漠盐沼湿地生态系统中的底栖动物进行调查,多样性评价采用均匀度、丰度和多样性指数计算,与环境相关性采用SAS9.0软件分析。结果表明:在内蒙古沙漠盐沼湿地,(Ca2+/Mg2+)值、离子系数(M/D)、总硬度与底栖动物多样性指数、底栖动物群落显著相关,是重要的生态指标,是底栖动物生态分布的限制因子。

Zoobenthos in the salina wetland in Inner Mongolia was investigated by method of 〈The Wetland Ecosystem Observation Method 〉. Diversity evaluation was used by uniform, abundance and diversity index calculation; and the correlation between zoobenthos and environment was analysed by SAS9.0 software. Result showed that, there was significant correlation between zoobenthos diversity index and environment factors in Inner Mongolia salina wetland. The environment factors contained the ratio of calcium and magnesium （Ca2＋/Mg2＋）, the ion coefficient （M/D）, and the total hardness. They were important ecological indicators, and limiting factors to zoobenthos diversity and ecological distribution.
