桂林乡村旅游可持续发展能力研究

Study on sustainable ablity for development of rural tourism in Guilin

桂林以其漓江流域美丽的自然山水景观吸引着大量中外游客,2012年接待国内外游客3 292.65万人次,其中入境游客达182.4万人次。桂林乡村旅游资源极为丰富,大力发展乡村生态旅游对于丰富桂林旅游内容,减轻漓江风景区旅游承载压力,提高全市人民特别是农民收入水平,促进桂林国际旅游胜地建设等具有十分重要的意义。运用德尔菲法和层次分析方法,以桂林乡村旅游可持续发展为研究对象,从乡村旅游开发条件、乡村旅游对地方经济、社会文化、乡村环境的影响4个方面设置了可进入性、乡村旅游市场吸引力、乡村旅游对当地传统文化影响等20个指标,对桂林乡村旅游可持续发展能力进行研究,结果表明:目前桂林乡村旅游发展可持续度指标值为0.8424,处于"基本可持续发展"水平。针对影响桂林乡村旅游可持续发展的因素,提出了科学制定乡村旅游发展规划、实施乡村旅游产品差异化开发、完善乡村旅游市场监管体系、注重改善乡村环境卫生条件、加大对从业人员培训力度等应对措施。

Tourists from both overseas and domestic are attracted to Guilin mainly for its fantastic landscapes alongside Lijiang River Basin every year. The total amount of people visited Guilin in 2012 was 32.92 millions, among which 1.824 millions were from overseas. Guilin is also rich in rural tourism resources. It is significant to develop rural tourism in Guilin. Because it can enrich the items of local tourism products, lighten the burden of tourists to Guilin Lijiang River Tourist Attraction, benefit local peasants, and also promote the construction of Guilin World Tourism Resort. By using the Delphi method and the analytical hierarchy process, the sustainable ability for development of Guilin rural tourism was studied in this paper by setting 20 indicators with four dimensions after three rounds of discussion by the panel members. The result showed that the sustainable ability for development of rural tourism in Guilin district was 0.8424 at present, which meaned it was on the ＂almost sustainable development＂ level. According to the factors that affected the sustainable development of Guilin rural tourism, the author announced some countermeasures to promote the development of Guilin rural tourism, including to make a total rural tourism plan for its development, to exploit rural tourism products in diversity, to improve and to perfect the administrating system, to improve the environmental sanitations in rural areas, and to pay more attentions to educate and to train the people who were engaged in rural tourism service and management.
