小品种粮食作物对农业结构调整的影响

The effect of small variety food crops on agricultural restructuring

农业结构调整是我国发展农村经济乃至国民经济的一项重要战略性措施。受国际形势发展影响,优质、高效、易销售的小品种粮食对农业结构调整的影响也越来越大。从增加农民收入、增加农业产业化程度、保证粮食生产等3个方面,论述了小品种粮食作物对农业结构调整的重要影响。并从政策、制度、科技等方面提出了相应措施,以期为国家农业结构调整的决策提供参考。

Recently,the center gravity of china＇s rural work is the adjustment of agricultural structure, and has achieved an initial success, which has become an important strategic measure to increase farmer＇s income ,improve agricultural efficiency, promote the development of the rural economy and even the national economy. Since we joining the WTO,influenced by the international situation ,high-quality,efficient ,easy to sell skit grain crops have a growing impact on agricultural restructuring. In this paper we discussed the importance of small variety food crops on agricultural restructuring from three parts, which are the increase of farmer＇s income, to increase the degree of industrialization and the food production. And we proposed a number of measures to provide a reference for the decisions of the national agricultural restructuring.
