The influence factors of digital operation and maintenance quality are investigated and analyzed by establishing hierarchical structure model and factor importance degree investigation table, and their influence weight and cause are determined, which provides scientific basis for the digital operation and maintenance quality improvement. The measures for the digital operation and maintenance quality improvement are put forward according to the investigation and analysis resuhs and the practice of supplies department. The application and development of digitization in supplies department is continuously promoted by tracking the digital operation and maintenance quality improvement result and establishing a longterm safeguard mechanism.
