摘要 介绍了层次分析法的概念、内容及应用步骤,数字化运行现状和运维质量改进的目标。运用层次分析法质量技术方法,采取建立层次结构模型、制定重要程度比较调查表等方法,开展数字化运维质量影响因素调研和分析,确定了质量影响因素权重及要因,为改进数字化运维质量提供科学依据。结合调研分析结果和物资供应处实践,提出数字化运维质量改进对策,跟踪质量改进实施效果,强调建立长效保障机制,持续推进数字化在物资供应处的应用与发展。 The concept, content and application procedure of analytic hierarchy process, and the digital operation status and the objective of operation and maintenance quality improvement are introduced. The influence factors of digital operation and maintenance quality are investigated and analyzed by establishing hierarchical structure model and factor importance degree investigation table, and their influence weight and cause are determined, which provides scientific basis for the digital operation and maintenance quality improvement. The measures for the digital operation and maintenance quality improvement are put forward according to the investigation and analysis resuhs and the practice of supplies department. The application and development of digitization in supplies department is continuously promoted by tracking the digital operation and maintenance quality improvement result and establishing a longterm safeguard mechanism.
