摘要
对井控装备集中采购全过程质量控制进行了探讨。提出要保证井控的本质安全,必须以质量为基础。阐述了井控装备及工具集中采购前、采购中、采购后(即售前、售中、售后)3个环节8个过程的质量控制。
The quality control in the total process of centralized purchasing of well control equipment is discussed. It is pointed out that the quality of well control equipment is the basis of the well control safety. It is discussed how to carry out quality control before, in and after the centralized purchasing of well control equipment and tools （3 links, 8 processes）.
