员工发言权的内涵和研究领域探析

摘要 前言:员工发言权越来越被人力资源管理领域关注,起源于政治、人力资源管理、劳动关系的多个研究领域。在人力资源管理领域,本文认为员工发言权主要指员工对工作行为和与企业决策提出意见的一种权益,通过发言,实现一定程度的对企业的影响。员工发言权的形式主要有:授权、自我管理、组织民主、分享、参与、约定等等。员工发言权管理越来越成为组织常态化的管理行为。员工发言权未来可以进一步研究其影响因子、绩效评估、员工沉默等等。
