营养干预对老年营养不良血液透析患者的疗效研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨营养干预对老年营养不良血液透析患者的疗效。方法对34例老年营养不良血液透析患者实施为期1年的营养干预,对患者的营养状况、蛋白质和热量摄入以及各营养指标进行营养干预前、后的自身对照。结果营养干预后患者营养状况与干预前比较,明显好转(P<0.05);蛋白质、热量摄入、无内瘘侧肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、同侧上臂肌围、血清白蛋白(ALB)、前清蛋白(CPA)、血红蛋白(HGB)与干预前比较,均增加(P<0.05)。结论合理的营养干预对改善老年血液透析患者的营养状况疗效明显。
