巴特日七味丸治疗丹毒112例疗效观察

目的:观察巴特日七味丸治疗丹毒的疗效。方法:112例随机分为观察组和对照组各56例,两组均配合青霉素治疗,观察组加用巴特日七味丸内服,治疗14天,随访6个月。结果:治愈率观察组为94.6%、对照组为67.9%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:巴特日七味丸治疗丹毒临床疗效明显。

To observe the clinical efficacy of Bateriqiwei Wan in treatment of 112 cases with erysipelas. Methods： 112 patients with erysipelas were randomly divided into the observation group （56 cases） and the control group （56 cases）, the two groups were treated with penicillin, The observation group with Bateriqiwei Wan taken orally, for 14 days, follow up of 6 months. Result： The cure rate of observation group was 94. 6% , the control group was 67.9% compared with the control group, there were significant differ- ences （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
