目的 :研究呼气流速峰值在哮喘病治疗中的意义。方法 :应用临床表现和呼气流速峰值分别制订治疗方案并观察疗效。结果 :在轻、中度的患者中 ,仅有 4/10和 8/19的患者符合 ;在急、重度两种分析方法中有较好的一致性。结论

Objective:It is to study the importance of PEF in the cure of asthma. Methods: The plans were made for the cure of asthma accorded to the clinical express and the PEF. And then the results were observed.Results: Among the not serious patients only four-tenths of them were accordance. Among the more serious patients eight-nineteenths agreed. Only in the acute state and in the most serious state the agreements were better.Conclusion:Gauging PEF is the basis of the cure of asthma\;
