中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察

Clinical observation of combination Chinese and western medicine treat NIDDM

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗 2型糖尿病的疗效。方法 :治疗组 ( 30例 )用自拟“三黄降糖汤”加二甲双胍片治疗 ,并与单用二甲双胍片治疗的对照组 ( 2 2例 )进行对比观察。结果 :治疗组显效 16例 ( 5 3% ) ,有效 12例 ( 4 0 % ) ,总有效率为93% ;对照组显效 9例 ( 4 0 % ) ,有效 7例 ( 33% ) ,总有效率 73%。治疗组疗效优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后 2小时血糖均有显著性变化 ,分别由 ( 14 .2± 3.6 ) m mol/ L和 ( 18.6± 4.2 ) m mol/ L ,降为 ( 8.2± 2 .3) mm ol/ L和( 10 .2± 3.8) mm ol/ L ( P<0 .0 5和 P<0 .0 1) ,与对照组治疗后比较 P<0 .0 5。结论 :口服中药“三黄降糖汤”和二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著优于单纯口服二甲双胍 ,且无明显的不良反应 。

Objective: It is to observe the effects of combination Chinese and western medicine treatment method of diabetes Ⅱ. Methods: With the treatment group(30 patients), treat the disease with our company's 'Sanhuang Sugar Level Reducing Liquid' and dimethyldiguanide pellet, and compare this group with the contrast group(22 patients) treated for the disease with dimethyldiguanide pellet only, observe the results. Results: In the treatment group, 16 patients (53%) shows obvious effects, 12 patients (40%) shows effects, the general effective rate can be as high as 93%. In the contrast group, 9 patients (40%) shows obvious effects, 7 patients(33%) shows effects, the general effective rate is 73%. The treatment effect on the treatment group is obviously higher than with the contrast group( P <0.05). In the treatment group, the fasting blood glucose and the blood glucose two hours after meal before and after treatment show many obvious changes. A drop is seen from (14.2±3.6)mmol/L and (18.6±4.2)mmol/L to (8.2±2.3)mmol/L and (10.2±3.8)mmol/L, ( P <0.05 and P <0.01). Comparison with the contrast group( P <0.05). Conclusion: The combines treatment effect of orally administred Chinese medicine 'Sanhuang Sugar Level Reducing Liquid' and dimethyldiguanide pellet will be much better than that of oral dimethyldiguanide pellet only, and there are no obvious negative side effects, this method is valuable and can be widely used in the clinical practice.
