An Analysis on the Quality-oriented English Education In the New Situation

英语教育作为素质教育的重要内容有着自己的特殊教育规律和特点,当前中国的英语素质教育还存在着不少问题,甚至有人认为中国目前的英语热对学生的整体素质造成了损害,影响了对其他课程的学习。从问题与对策的思维角度,对在当前新形势下,如何更好地开展英语素质教育这一问题进行梳理,以期有益于这一问题的解决。

As part of quality-oriented education, English education has its unique nature and characteristics. There are still many problems among the quality-oriented English education. Some individuals hold a view that the current English fever has cause the decline of the students＇ all-side quality, affecting the process of learning other subjects. This paper tries to make an analysis on how to develop the English education at present from perspectives of question and countermeasures.
