Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Immune: From Functional to Organic?

肠易激综合征(IBS)是最常见的功能性胃肠病之一,腹痛或腹部不适是其主要症状,亦是影响患者生活质量的主要因素。IBS病因和发病机制尚未完全明确,临床上缺乏有效的诊治手段。目前,诸多研究表明免疫异常与IBS发病相关,本文就IBS与免疫的研究进展作一综述。

Irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） is a commonly seen functional gastrointestinal disorder. Abdominal pain or discomfort is the main symptom and has a great impact on the quality of life. The etiology and pathogenesis of IBS have not been fully clarified and lacking effective treatment modality. At present, increasing evidences have shown the correlation between immunologic abnormality and development of IBS. This article reviewed the progress in study on relationship between IBS and immune function.
