摘要 采用金相、扫描电镜、透射电镜以及X衍射研究了热轧Mg-0.6wt%Zr合金板材微观组织与织构。测量了轧板3个方向的力学性能。结果表明:合金是不完全的动态再结晶;板材力学性能呈现明显的各向异性,横向(TD)的屈服强度及抗拉强度比板平面内与轧向成45°方向(RD-45°)的大,轧向(RD)最小;在45°方向上的韧窝断口说明它比其他方向的韧性好。通过X射线衍射技术测得(0001)基面的宏观织构为较强的织构。织构使材料力学性能呈现各向异性。 The microstructure and texture of hot rolled Mg-0.6wt% Zr sheet were researched by optical microscopy, transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. Mechanical properties were measured in three directions of the rolled plate. The results show that the alloy is not fully dynamic recrystallization; the mechanical properties of the plate exhibit a remarkable anisotropy, the tensile strength and yield strength measured f^om TD ( transverse direction) is higher than that from RD-45° (with the rolling direction 45 ° d/rection), the result of RD (rolling direction) is the lowest. The dimple fracture in RD-45°explains that its ductility is better than other directions; the macro-texture of (0001) basal texture measured by XRD is the strong texture. Texture makes the mechanical properties of the material exhibit anisotropic.
