某后桥壳树脂砂型铸造工艺研究

Research on Resin Sand Casting Process for Rear Axle Housing

后桥壳是汽车中一个重要零件,工业生产中以树脂砂型铸造为主。由于该铸钢件比较复杂,热节较多,必须采用底注式浇注系统,并自下而上的逐层凝固。经过工艺进一步改进后,成功地试生产出该类零件,确定了合理实用的铸造工艺。

Rear axle housing is an important part in automobile, which is mainly made with resin sand casting. Due to the shape complex and more hot spot of the steel casting, it must adopt bottom gating system and layer-by-layer solidification from the bottom up. Such parts were sucessfully trial-produced after process was further improved. A reasonable and practical casting technology was ascertained.
