摘要
基于有限元Dynaform软件,对原车轮生产工艺中刚性不足的成形工序进行了数值模拟分析,并对产品结构和成形工艺进行了优化改进。通过优化,采用合理的产品结构和工艺能有效地降低生产成本,提高产品的刚性和质量,为改进车轮结构和成形工艺提供参考。
The forming process of insufficient rigidity in original wheel production process was numerically simulated based on Dynaform finite element soitware. And the structure of the product and the forming process were optimized. Through optimization ,adopting the reasonable product structure and technology can effectively reduce production costs, improve product rigidity and quality, which can provide a reference for improving the wheel structure and forming process
