摘要
针对锻压机在左右偏载状况下引起的强度、刚度问题,利用有限元法对千吨级锻压机床进行了左右偏载状况下的仿真分析和结构改进。采用零间隙计算模型,分析了固定梁、花键副、工作缸关键部件的强度、刚度和压垫与上下梁接触状态。最后对液压机机架进行了结构优化,使液压机的动静态性能得到了改善。
Aiming at the strength and stiffiless problems caused by forging press in the left and fight partial load conditions, kiloton forging press at partial load condition of the left and right sides was simulated and structures were improved with the finite element method. Adopting the zero-gap calculation model, the strength, stiffness of the key components (fixed beams, spline vice and cylinder ) and pressure pad in contact with the upper and lower beams state were analyzed. Finally, the structure of hydraulic press body frame was optimized, to improve its static and dynamic press performance.
