冷丝填充对焊接接头微观组织和性能的影响

摘要 采用Q245R板埋弧焊对接试验,研究了冷丝填充位置、冷丝填充量等工艺参数对焊接接头微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:冷丝填充参与了熔池热力学行为,从而减小了熔池热对母材过热的损害;合理的冷丝填充量是保证工艺实现及获得满意组织和性能的关键。 The effects regular of process parameters, such as non-heated wire filler position and quantity, on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were studied. The results show that, the non-heated wire filler participates in thermomechanical behavior of molten pool. So the over-heating damage in matrix was caused by the decrease of hot molten pool. The reasonable non-heated wire filler quantity is the key to guarantee the process implementation. The microstructure and performance of the samples can be obtained.
