摘要
采用扩散连接的方法,对厚度为0.04 mm的Pd-Y合金膜与紫铜进行焊接工艺试验,利用氦质谱检漏仪检测的漏率值对焊缝质量进行评价。研究结果表明:在扩散焊接工艺条件(焊接温度750℃,保温时间90 min,压力3 MPa)下获得了质量较好的Pd-Y/Cu环形焊接接头,焊缝的漏率值为5.0×10-11Pa·m3/s。探讨了Pd-Y合金致密膜与法兰在一定工艺条件进行扩散焊连接的可行性,并提出了Pd-Y合金膜与法兰连接的工艺措施。为钯合金扩散氢气纯化装置的研制和应用提供了直接的技术支持。
The diffusion welding process between the membrane of Pd-Y alloy and flange of copper was investigated. The weld quality was evaluated by leak rate value that was determined using helium leak detector. The results show that the good quality Pd-Y/Cu ring welded joint is obtained under the optimized conditions of diffusion welding parameters. The weld leakage rate is 5.0×10-11 Pa .m3/s. The optimal process parameters of the diffusion welding are given as follows: soldering temperature is 750℃, hot holding time is 90 min, pressure is 3 MPa. The feasibility of the diffusion welding between the membrane of Pd-Y alloy and the flange of copper was discussed. The process measures of the diffusion welding between the membrane of Pd-Y alloy and the flange were proposed. The study may provide direct technical support for the development and application of palladium alloy diffusion hydrogen purification device.
