摘要
试验研究了锆及其复合板的焊接工艺。结果表明,通过焊前严格清理、焊接时采用工装高纯氩气保护及合理的钨极氩弧焊工艺参数、选择适宜的坡口形式及合理加工,可以获得优质焊缝;试板焊后经过外观检验、PT及RT检测、力学性能测试、宏观金相检测及腐蚀试验均合格。
The experimental study on welding procedure of zirconium and its composite plate. Experimental results show that all the efficacy tests were qualified after appearance inspection, PT inspection, RT inspection, mechanical property inspection, Macro metallographic testing and corrosion testing. It is improved that high quality welding seam can obtain with strict cleaning before welding, using fixture high purity argon gas protection, reasonable selection of parameters of argon tungsten-arc welding and reasonable groove type.
