摘要
某冷凝器Q235低碳钢侧板在正常使用过程中发生断裂。对其成分、组织及断裂特征进行了分析。结果表明,侧板的断裂为脆性断裂,钢板近表层的夹杂物尺寸大于临界裂纹尺寸而成为其裂纹源,沿连续分布的夹杂物在工作应力下迅速延伸,最终引起脆性断裂。其断裂强度远低于设计强度值。
Q235 low-carbon steel side plate for a condenser fractured during the normal use. Its composition, microstructure and fracture characteristic were analyzed. The results show that the fracture of the side plate is brittle fracture. It is the crack source that the size of inclusion near the surface in steel plate is greater than critical crack length. The crack extends rapidly along the continuous inclusion under the working stress and finally causes brittle rupture. The fracture strength is far lower than the designed strength.
