磁共振神经成像技术在周围神经病变中的应用

摘要 既往临床评价周围神经病变主要依靠病史、临床检查和神经肌电图。随着MR硬件和新的成像技术的不断进步和发展,磁共振神经成像(MRN)在评价外周神经疾病中得到了越来越多的运用。MRN能很好地显示外周神经的解剖结构和病理特征,可用于诊断神经压迫症、炎症、创伤、康复和系统性神经疾病,并为临床管理周围神经病变患者提供参考信息。本文对MRN在周围神经病变中的临床应用及未来提高成像、诊断功能的发展趋势进行综述。 Clinical evaluation of peripheral neuropathies has traditionally relied on medical history, clinical examination and nerve electromyography. With the advances in MR hardware and the development of new imaging techniques, magnetic resonance neurography (MRN) has increasingly been used in clinical practice for evaluation of peripheral nerve diseases. MRN could provide detailed anatomic depiction of peripheral nerves and characterization of pathologic states for diagnosis of nerve compression syndrome, inflammation, trauma, rehabilitation and systemic neurological diseases. MRN findings are helpful to the management of patients with peripheral neuropathies. The clinical application of MRN in peripheral nerve diseases, the current imaging technology of MRN, as well as future direction and application of MRN were reviewed in this article.
