摘要 人工核酸酶(EN)技术,是利用设计并构建的核酸内切酶与靶DNA序列特异性结合,形成双链断裂(DSB),启动DNA修复通路,进行基因组定点编辑,目前已成功应用于多种细胞和生物体。 Engineered nucleases have been successfully applied to a variety of cells and organisms.
