多层螺旋CT在喉癌及喉咽癌术前T分级中的作用 被引量：5

摘要 喉癌及喉咽癌是头颈部常见恶性肿瘤，手术方式多种多样，其宗旨是彻底切除肿瘤的前提下，尽量保留或重建喉功能，有效改善患者的生活质量，因此术前明确肿瘤侵犯的范围和分期对临床治疗方案的选择有重要价值。笔者应用16层螺旋CT对喉癌及喉咽癌进行术前分析，评价其在术前T分级中的临床应用价值。
