老年性结膜松弛症的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of senile conjunctival relaxation disease

目的:探讨老年性结膜松弛症的手术治疗效果。方法:采用结膜新月形切除术法,局部麻醉下根据球结膜松弛的范围决定切除量的多少,术后术眼局部点滴复方妥布霉素眼药水。结果:28例患者术后球结膜松弛明显改善,无皱褶堆积,患者溢泪、眼刺痛症状明显改善。结论:结膜新月形切除术是一种简单实用的治疗结膜松弛症的方法,既可改善外观,又能起到治疗的作用。

Objective To investigate the surgical effect of senile conjunctivochalasis. Methods Using the crescent-shaped conjunctiva resection method in local anesthesia, according to the scope of the conjunctival relaxation, conjuntival removal was determined and postoperative compound tobramycin, eyedrops was used in the conjunctival sac. Results In 28 cases, the conjunctiva relaxation, epiphora and eye irritation symptoms was significantly improved, wrinkles accumulation did not appear. Conclusion The crescent-shaped conjunctiva resection is a simple and useful method for treating conjunctivochalasis. The technique not only can improve the appearance, but also plays the role of treatment.
