PAI-1在瘢痕疙瘩发病及治疗中的作用

摘要 瘢痕疙瘩(keloid)是由于皮肤创伤后在伤口愈合过程中成纤维细胞的过度增殖和细胞外基质(extracellularmatrixc,ECM)在伤口区域过度沉积而形成的疾病。瘢痕疙瘩皮损通常超过伤口边缘,一般不会自行消退,而且在切除后容易复发,皮损可触痛、疼痛、瘙痒,蟹足样向外伸展。瘢痕疙瘩的发病机制仍然不明确,但国内外学者普遍认为其机制与纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PlasminogenActivatorInhibitor1,PAl-1)、TGF-S/Smad信号转导通路密切相关。本文主要介绍PAI-1与瘢痕疙瘩关系的研究进展。
