中药联合红蓝光照射治疗中重度痤疮的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of red and blue light treatment of moderate and severe acne in adult women

目的:观察中药联合红蓝光照射治疗中重度成年女性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选择中重度成年女性痤疮患者(Pillsbury分级为Ⅱ～Ⅳ度)87例,分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(42例),治疗组采用中药联合红蓝光治疗,对照组采用中药联合阿达帕林治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为61.90%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:采用中药联合红蓝光治疗中重度成年女性痤疮具有较好的疗效,无明显的副作用,疗效方面明显优于中药联合阿达帕林治疗。

Objective Observation of curative effect of red and blue light treatment of moderate and severe acne in adult women. Methods Selection of severe adult female patients with acne vulgaris （Pillsbury grade II NIV degree） in 87 cases, divided into the treatment group （45 cases） and control group （42 cases）.The treatment group were treated with TCM combined with red and blue light treatment, and the control group using TCM combined with adapalene therapy. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, total effective rate of the control group was 61.90%, there were significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The use of TCM combined with red and blue light in the treatment of moderate and severe adult female acne with good results, no significant side effects,efficacy is superior to TCM combined with adapalene therapy.
