正畸治疗下颌第一磨牙缺失的临床研究

Clinical Application of orthodontic treatment in patients with the missing mandibular first molar

目的:研究因下颌第一磨牙早失,大面积龋坏以及残根残冠拔除后,第二磨牙近移代替第一磨牙的方法和临床效果。方法:采用直丝弓矫治器,对下颌第一恒磨牙早失或者拔除的患者进行矫正。结果:第二磨牙均成功近移,关闭第一磨牙间隙,建立良好的咬合关系。结论:对于下颌第一磨牙早失或者拔除的患者,可以通过正畸的手段,近移第二磨牙来关闭第一磨牙间隙,建立良好的咬合关系,从而避免因牙齿缺失而进行的桥体或者种植义齿的修复治疗。

Objective The aim of this paper is to investigate the methods and clinical effects of orthodontic treatment by moving the mandibular second molar mesially to replace extracted mandibular first molar which was loss early,large area caries and the residual crown and root. Methods Straight Wire Appliance was used to correct patients with mandibular first molar extraction or early loss. Results All molar spaces were completely closed with successful mesial movement. After treatment,a good relationship was established. Conclusion For patients with mandibular first molar loss early or extraction, orthodontic treatment with moving second molar to close the first molar space, could build good relationships, thus avoiding implant denture or pontic treatment for missing teeth.
