白膜削切-折叠缝扎术治疗阴茎弯曲的护理

Nursing care of penile curvature treated by albuginea cutting-fold ligation

目的:总结白膜削切-折叠缝扎术治疗阴茎弯曲症患者的护理经验。方法:对14例阴茎弯曲患者行白膜削切-折叠缝扎技术治疗,充分做好术前准备、心理护理及疾病宣教、术后做好伤口护理、保持负压吸引管和尿管通畅、预防阴茎勃起等护理。结果:14例患者均手术顺利,术中及术后均未出现明显并发症,随访6～18个月,均无阴茎弯曲复发。结论:对于阴茎弯曲的患者,做好围手术期护理是保证手术成功的关键措施之一。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with penile curvature treated by albuginea cutting - folding ligation. Methods In 14 cases of penile curvature underwent the albuginea cutting - folding ligation in the treatment of, sufficient preoperative preparation, heart care and disease missionary, good postoperative wound care, keeping suction tube and catheter patency, prevention of penile erection and other care. Results 14 patients were successful surgery, intraoperative and postoperative complications were not significant, followed up for 6 months to 18 months, no recurrence of penile curvature. Conclusion For patients with penile curvature, good perioperative care is one of the key measures to ensure the success of the ooeration.
