内源性大麻素系统对中枢神经的调控及临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 内源性大麻素系统(ECS)是人体神经内分泌免疫的调控网络,主要分布在中枢神经系统和免疫系统,与认知、情绪调控功能密切相关。文章介绍了ECS在中枢神经边缘系统的分布,揭示ECS与情绪调节结构在分布上的高度重合;简述了ECS的遗传特质,指出ECS的遗传多样性与人类对多种疾病的易感性有关;阐述了ECS对下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺功能轴(HPA)的负反馈机制;分析了作为多种情绪失调和精神疾病治疗靶点的潜在可能。
