血浆置换救治血栓性血小板减少性紫癜患者一例
摘要
患者男性，19岁，因“就诊1周前出现无诱因解茶色尿，未予重视；2d前起乏力明显，食欲不振，逐渐加重，全身皮肤触痛，伴头痛”于2012—01—29入本院。患者就诊当天呕吐数次，无发热咳嗽，同时出现亚木僵状态（淡漠、沉默、几乎无动作行为、流涎、大小便潴留，近3d无进食），全身皮肤出血点；情绪烦躁不安。
