间充质干细胞防治移植物抗宿主病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)是异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)后最常见的并发症之一,来源于中胚层的间充质干细胞(MSC)不仅具有干细胞一般特性,还具有独特的免疫调节功能,有望成为防治GVHD的潜在工具。笔者就MSC防治GVHD的近期研究结果作一综述。
