无关供者造血干细胞移植治疗恶性血液病新进展 被引量：1

摘要 造血干细胞移植（HSCT）是治愈多种血液系统恶性疾病的重要方法，但仅有不足30％的患者能找到人类白细胞抗原（HLA）相合同胞供者，无关供者已成为异基因造血干细胞移植（allo—HSCT）供者的重要选择和发展趋势，随着移植技术的不断进步，无关供者造血于细胞移植（UD-HScT）疗效已得到明显提高，现就无关供者选择、预处理方案、移植物抗宿主病预防与治疗策略等方面对UD-HSCT进展作一综述。
