红细胞衰亡机制及相关疾病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 成熟红细胞发生的自杀性死亡,称为红细胞衰亡,它是一种有序的细胞自我消亡形式。红细胞受到体内外各种理化因素刺激后,前列腺素E2(PGE2)和血小板激活因子(PAF)被活化,分别使细胞内Ca^2+浓度升高和神经酰胺形成,后两者共同作用使红细胞发生衰亡,表现为细胞收缩、磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)暴露于细胞表面、细胞膜囊泡化和结构紊乱等。巨噬细胞识别衰亡的红细胞,然后吞噬并降解。红细胞衰亡的发生过程包括:渗透压刺激,氧化压力,PGE2,PAF,离子通道,Ca^2+,神经酰胺和细胞骨架蛋白的改变等。临床上和红细胞衰亡的相关疾病包括:败血症、疟疾、镰状细胞贫血、糖尿病、肾功能不全等。
