原发性噬血细胞综合征发病机制的研究进展

摘要 噬血细胞综合征（HPS）又称噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症（HLH），目前将其分为原发性（pHLH）和继发性（sHLH）两类，笔者重点。综述近年pHLH发病机理方面的研究进展。
