大分割适形放疗治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌临床分析

Clinical research of hypofractionated radiotherapy for stageⅠ/Ⅱ non-small cell lung cancer

目的:分析大分割适形放疗治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法:总结我院2008年12月至2010年12月共治疗17例早期非小细胞肺癌病例,给予大分割三维适形放射治疗,剂量为5-6Gy/f,共10-11次,每周5次。结果:17例患者总有效率(CR+PR)为94.1%。1年总生存率为100%(17/17),2年总生存率为82.4%(14/17),有8例患者随访3年以上,3年总生存率62.5%(5/8)。毒副反应为急性放射性食管炎2例,急性放射性肺炎1例。结论:对于拒绝手术的早期非小细胞肺癌给予大分割适形放疗是有效的,毒副反应可以接受。

Objective ：To analyze the efficacy and toxicity of hypofractionated conformal radiotherapyⅠ,Ⅱ non - small cell lung cancer. Methods：To summary the data of 17 cases of early stage non - small cell lung cancer. 5 - 6Gy/f total of 10 - 11 times,5 times a week. Results：A total of 17 patients had efficiency （ CR ＋ PR ） 94.1%. The 1 year overall survival rate was 100% （17/17） ,2 year overall survival rate was 82.4% （14/17） ,8 cases were fol- lowed up for more than 3 years,3 year overall survival rate was 62.5% （5/8）. Acute radiation esophagitis in 2 cases, 1 case of acute radiation pneumonitis. Conclusion： Hypofractionated conformal radiotherapy is effective for early non - small cell lung cancer, side effects are acceptable.
