中药注射剂辅助PD方案治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床效果与经济学评价

Clinical efficacy and pharmacoeconomic evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine injection adjuvant PD scheme for treating advanced ovarian cancer

目的:探讨中药注射剂辅助PD方案治疗晚期卵巢癌的成本-效果,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:依据不同的化疗方案将所选145例病例分为3组:A组:PD方案(n=46);B组:PD方案+康艾注射液(n=48);C组:PD方案+艾迪注射液(n=51)。每组病人进行3个治疗周期,一个周期为3周。以疗效、不良反应和生活质量作为临床观察指标,运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法评价三种化疗方案。结果:A组、B组、C组的临床治疗有效率分别为:60.87%、66.67%、68.63%。A组、B组、C组的成本分别为:23265.12、24800.35、25236.29。A组、B组、C组的C/E分别为382.21、371.99、367.72。在白细胞、肝功能异常指标上B组和C组与A组间有统计学意义差异(P<0.05),且B和C无明显差异。生活质量指标显示,3组间均相互有统计学意义差异(P<0.05)。结论:晚期卵巢癌的治疗中,中药注射剂辅助治疗是比较有效、经济的方案,同时C组即艾迪注射液辅治组最具有经济意义。

Objective： To investigate the cost - effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine injection adjuvant PD scheme for treating advanced ovarian cancer,in order to improve clinic rational drug use. Methods： All 145 cases of advanced ovarian cancer patients were divided into three groups according to different chemotherapy scheme. Group A：PD scheme（n =46） ;Group B：PD scheme ＋ Kangai injection（n =48） ;Group C：PD scheme ＋ Aidi injection（n = 51 ）. Every patient was treated for three periods and one period was three weeks. Clinical efficacy, adverse reaction and life quality were selected as outcome measures ; Cost - effectiveness analysis was used to evaluate the three chemo- therapy schemes. Results： The clinic effective rate ： Group A （ 60.87 % ）, Group B （ 66.67 % ）, Group C （ 68.63 % ）. The cost ： Group A （ 23265.12 ）, Group B （ 24800.35 ）, Group C （ 25236.29 ）. C/E ： Group A （ 382.21 ）, Group B （371.99）, Group C （367.72）. There were significant differences of WBC, liver function between Group B, Group C and Group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but there were no significant differences between Group B and Group C. There were signifi- cant differences of life quality between three groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine injection adjuvant therapy on advanced ovarian cancer was effective and economic scheme and Aidi injection （ Group C） was most economic significance.
