妇科恶性肿瘤并发深静脉血栓形成的临床病例分析

Clinical analysis of gynecological malignant tumor complicated with deep venous thrombosis

目的:分析妇科恶性肿瘤患者并发深静脉血栓原因,探讨临床有效预防及治疗措施,降低患者深静脉栓塞发生率。方法:对28例妇科恶性肿瘤并发深静脉血栓患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,并根据上述资料总结预防措施。结果:28例妇科恶性肿瘤患者以宫颈癌居多。深静脉血栓大多发生于左下肢。患者多选用低分子肝素进行抗凝治疗。经治疗后体内PT、APTT、TT、Fbg等指标均较治疗前显著改善,P<0.05,治疗前后对比结果具有统计学意义。结论:妇科恶性肿瘤患者手术前后应积极给予预防措施,尽量降低深静脉血栓发生率。若发生深静脉血栓应及时进行有效治疗,避免出现肢体功能障碍甚至发生肺栓塞等情况,保障患者生活质量及生命安全。

Objective：To analyze the causes of patients with gynecologic malignant tumor patients with deep vein thrombosis. Methods：All 28 cases of gynecological malignant tumor complicated with deep venous thrombosis whose clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results：In 28 cases of gynecological malignant tumor with cervical canc- er,deep venous thrombosis occurred mostly in the left leg, treated with low molecular weight hepaiin anticoagulant therapy. After treatment, PT, AFFF,T＇F, Fbg and other indexes compared with those before treatment were significant- ly improved, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion ： Before and after operation in patients with gynecological malignant tumor should be given preventive measures to reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis to avoid patients limb dysfunction and pulmonary embolism.
