摘要 肿瘤分泌的VEGF-C与VEGFR-3结合后可诱导淋巴管内皮细胞增殖和迁移,刺激淋巴管的新生,介导肿瘤淋巴管的转移。通过竞争性抑制VEGFR-3的信号转导可有效阻止肿瘤淋巴管的转移,最终达到提高肿瘤治疗效果的作用。 Tumor secretion of combined VEGF -C and VEGFR -3 can be induced lymphatic endothelial cell prolif- eration and migration, stimulating lymphangial freshman, mediated tumor lymphatic transfer. Through the competitive inhibition VEGFR -3 signal transduction can effectively prevent tumor lymphatic transfer, and ultimately improve the effect of treatment of cancer.
